We stumbled into this while looking for the umbrellas, the waiter handed us a menu as we walked by and it looked good. The mufongo was excellent, fantastic local fare options with good drink specials. Outdoor or indoor seating made for fun people watching as they came to take their photos under the umbrellas. Service was slow but all the staff worked together to help it flow.

Excellent puertorrican food, awesome service (thanks Eduardo!) and the best carne frita I've had so far. Really good prices, especially at Happy Hour. A must come in Old San Juan, order the Vejigante appetizer tray...
